How the core return works

There's no core charge when you order — nothing is added at checkout. After your new part is installed, ship your old part back to us within 30 days — return shipping is on you:

Your core must be the same year, make, and model as the part you purchased. Cores that are bent, broken, or missing parts will not be accepted — no exceptions.

Once your acceptable core arrives, your lifetime warranty is activated. If we don't receive your core, the part carries a 30-day warranty instead of the lifetime warranty — and you're still never billed a core charge.
